90th anniversary of Belarusian National Republic
25 March Belarus marked the 90th anniversary of the proclamation of the Belarusian National Republic independence. A peaceful opposition demonstration was broken up violently. Dozens of its participants were beaten up by riot militia, over 100 people were detained.
