The "Ultimate Diagnosis" action was carried out in Mogilev on May 3. In mid-afternoon a man, wearing a popular mask with moustache, entered the pavilion of the town`s central market. He approached the meat store, grabbed a chopped swine head and started inquiring from the vendors how they feed their pigs and how come the meat is so costly. Dissatisfied with their answer the man got infuriated and promised to get everyone handcuffed right away.
All of a sudden there turned up a few hospital orderlies at the entrance to the market. They were running around the place, passing out "Nasha Svaboda" special issues and asking the customers whether they saw the crazy bloke? When they finally ran into him, the man was convincing the farmers that he would pay them $250 a month. The orderlies twisted his arms behind his back and drove the guy into the yard.
Accompanied by the hospital bodyguards, the sick man headed toward the Zadneprovsky market of Mogilev, handing out the flyers on the way.
Suddenly he collapsed in a nervous breakdown. He hurried along the counters, extorted taxes from the sellers, claiming that he`s running short of resources for his election campaign. Those who disagree he promised to crush as "lousy fleas" and leave to rot in collective farms.
One orderly got apprehended by police and delivered to the Oktyabrsky station. The law-enforcers filed a protocol of detention and took away the newspapers. In the meantime, the sick man was caught by other orderlies, taken to hospital and put in bed for recovery.
