School Principal Turned In ZUBR to KGB 11:13, 07/05/2001, ZUBR
ZUBR activists were arrested on May 6 in Slonim, while passing out "ZUBR" newspaper issues at the school campus. The principal manifested great watchfulness and reported to the local KGB. The security services agents immediately arrived at the place, detaining all activists. After a short conversation all of them were handed over to the regular police forces.
There the guys stayed for some 2,5 hours, after which police drew protocols under art.172 of the Administrative code (dissemination of printed materials without exit data) and let them go. No one felt like making too much fuss over this political incident.
