Zmitser Bandarenka: Klimov Successfully Shifts to the Niche of Political Madman 16:30, 10/12/2004
Yesterday former political prisoner, deputy of the 13th Supreme Soviet Andrei Klimov (Andrey Klimaw) held another reception for Belarusian politicians and journalists. In front of the camera of the Belarusian TV channel, Klimov announced launching a so-called revolution with the aim of overthrowing the regime in Belarus. The beginning of the “revolution” was appointed for March 25, 2005. For some reason, except for the movement of Andrei Klimov proper, Klimov appointed the civil initiative Charter’97, Zubr movement and the Young Front the executors of this idea, responsible for its realization. We asked the coordinator of the civil initiative Charter’97 Zmitser Bandarenka to comment on the new escapade of Klimov.
