Struggle for Marinich release will go on 20:00, 30/12/2004
Youth movement “Zubr” have been actively supporting Mihail Marinich during all six days of trial. “Zubr” activists had been on vigil every day. In any weather several dozens of people stayed at court. Graffity “Freedom to Marinich” and portraits of the political prisoner appear near court and in the other district of Minsk every night. Portraits of Mihail Marinich also appeared on walls of court. Two protest actions have been carried out in two last days of the trial. “Zubr” activists were lining up in front of court. They all were dressed in sweaters with portrait of political prisoners. Than they were putting their hands on their heads and were walking around the building. After the verdict people staying at the court started to shout “Shame!”
