Political Prisoner Valery Levaneuski Returned to Colony 17:52, 03/11/2005
Valery Levaneuski, a political prisoner, a leader of the All-Nation Strike Committee of Vendors, member of the Council of Civil Initiatives “Free Belarus” has been discharged from the Republican prison hospital and sent back to Ivatsevichy colony. The Charter’97 press center has been updated about that by the son of the political prisoner Uladzimir Levaneuski.
As we have informed, Valery Levaneuski was taken to a prison hospital on October 18. The vendor had strong pain in his back and heart. It is unknown why he has been discharged from hospital so soon. Representatives of the Republican prison hospital deny to give any comments on this.
