One would understand that his neighbour or friend thinks about the situation in the country in the same way. In such a difficult situation, which is in Belarus now, where freedom of expression is violated, persecution of free thinking is taking place, the Day of Solidarity could become a good instrument for welding the Belarusian nation, who want freedom and democracy for their country,” he European Parliament (EP) member Aldis Kuskis said in his interview to the Charter’97 press center.
