Levaneuski’s Son Fined Again
16:15, 09/02/2006

Uladzimir Levaneuski, a son of the political prisoner, chairman of the Strike Committee of Vendors Valery Levaneuski, recently received a ruling of an administrative commission that he is to pay a fine of 87,000 BYR. It is the second fine for Uladzimir Levaneuski this year.

As said by the head of the administrative commission of the administration of Lenin district of Hrodna, Levaneuski had violated Article 172 Part 3 of the Administrative Code, as “on December 22, 2005 at 2.02 p.m. he distributed 246 copes of bulletin “Entrepreneur” at the market in Palihrafisty Street. The printed materials have been produced in violation of the existing regulations, do not have imprint. Their content is aimed for damaging the state and public order, rights and legal interests of citizens”.

As said by Uladzimir Levaneuski, there was imprint in every copy of the bulletin, and the circulation was 299 copies. It is not clear from the decision of the commission, what damage had been inflicted by the bulletin to the state and citizens’ rights.
