Observers of Gomel election stations have started filing violations. According to coordinator of the election independent observation Uladzimir Siakierka, facts of refusals to provide information on the number of voters who had voted ahead of schedule were filed at every election station where independent observers work.
More over, cases of distribution of more than one voting-paper to one voter were fixed at election station #11 of Gomel Tsantralny district. Threats forced observer Ivan Adamenka to leave station #50. The observer noticed the ballot-boxes hadn’t been sealed before the election started. Commission head Valery Budnikau demanded from other observers to file the act on public order breach committed by A.Milinkevich’s headquarters observer.
Observer Siargey Pasiuta, who interrogated people after the voting at station #39 in the village of Vasilevichy, Rechytsa district, was also detained. According to U.Siakierka, all the violations of the voting procedure are filed in a proper way and later are to be passed to the public prosecutor’s office.
