NEWS  Kazulin presumably detained in special distribution center in Akrestsina Street 21:36, 25/03/2006 Presumably Aliaksandr Kazulin is detained in the special distribution center of the Chief Interior Department of the Minsk City Executive Committee in Akrestsina Street. The Home Ministry neither confirms nor refutes the information.
