Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko forecasted on Tuesday the downfall of the global economy. “If the prices of energy sources continue to grow on global markets, this may lead to the collapse of global economy,” Lukashenko said in his annual address to the Belarusian parliament.

Alyaksandr Lukashenka has ordered the government to prepare an address to international judicial authorities concerning the decision of the EU to ban entry of the Belarusian officials to its territory. “The Justice Ministry is to prepare an appeal to corresponding international courts, the European court of Human rights. On April 5 young activist Kanstantsin Usyanok submitted a complaint against actions of riot policemen to the Prosecutor’s office of Tsentralny district of Minsk. He asked to carry out an investigation and bring to account those policemen who were beating him up and insulting him in a police bus after detaining him in October Square in Minsk. In an answer colonel Padabed claims that during an agency check the facts had not been confirmed and actions of riot policemen had been found justifiable.
