NEWS  The magazine «ARCHE. Pachatak» appeals the decision of the Ministry of Information 17:34, 16/10/2006 The hearing of the appeal of the editorial staff of the magazine "ARCHE.Pachatak" will take place in the superior court (Valadarskaha Street, 8-212) on October 18 at 10 a.m. The editorial staff demands to cancel the warning about violating the law and the decision to suspend the printing of the edition. Let us remind you that on September 19 the Ministry of Information suspended the printing of the magazine "ARCHE" for 3 months. The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Ministry of Information Uladzimir Rusakevich according to art.16 of the Law on press and other mass media. The Ministry of Information claimed that the edition had changed its range of subjects and published several political articles.
