The “Belposhta” State Enterprise has refused to include an independent newspaper “Vitsiebski Kurjer M” in the subscription catalogue 2007. “The law does not oblige us to include all the existing editions in our subscription catalogue. That is why it is up to us to decide what editions can be included in it,” – answered Iryna Astrouskaya (the head of the publishing centre “Marka”). She stressed that “Vitsiebski Kurjer M” had not been included in the subscription catalogue because of the existing law.
