Democratic activists Andrei Sharenda and Dzyanis Turchanyak were detained in Brest. The press-service of the United Civil party has been informed about that by the candidate for deputy of Brest regional and district councils Stsyapan Navaselchan. The detainees have been taken to the police department of Maskouski district on Brest. It is known that Dzyanis Turchanyak was detained on suspicion in a carjack.

We have estimated our losses at 9 million rubles and Homel enterprise is to compensate it. We shall demand to return this money. I cannot say about further claims now,” Vainshtok said.
