In May Belarusian “Mozir Oil Refinery” OJSC has been short of 200 thousand tons of oil out of the volume to be delivered by the railway in compliance with a fuel budget of the “union state” for fulfillment of the government’s order on provision of full capacity of the refinery by the Russian oil, representative of the refinery management reported to the PRIME-TASS.
