Students to be taught to love their home country

When choosing the free of charge option of the higher, secondary, or vocational education the applicants have to remember that after graduating they will have special assignment making them work for a year if they have received secondary and vocational education or for two years if their received education is higher. The assignment will be to those regions which badly need corresponding specialists. That was reported by the chief inspector of department of the higher and secondary specialized education of the educational ministry of Belarus Maria Karpenka.

“The budget resources spent by the state on the young specialists’ training at the universities and secondary specialized educational institutions must be returned to the state, this standard has been stipulated by the bill on higher education. Thus when choosing the free of charge educational option the applicant as well as his parents must definitely realize that the future graduate will be assigned to the place which badly needs such like specialist”, Maria Karpenka stressed .If a guy or a girl wishes to find the job independently they should receive the paid education. Young specialists who will not come to the places of their assignment without weighty reasons will be sued “.

She remarked that after receiving the higher education young specialist must work at least for two years at the place of their assignment and for a year if they have received secondary and vocational education, the BelTA informs.
