An unusual performance could be seen in Minsk center in the evening 23 September. Approximately at 20.00 the people walking near Kastrychnickaya Square saw on one of the buildings a 6-meter blue poster with the image of the flag of the European Union and information about the beginning and place of holding of the European March. But the most interesting was the militiaman, running hither and thither on the roof.
He was shouting loudly and waving his hands. It was hard to understand whether he was trying to set the poster or to put it off and hang it in another place. Finally he reached the poster, but when he began to pull it, dozens of leaflets flew down to the square, the site of civil campaign “Jeans - for freedom” informs.
