PACE Rapporteur won’t come to Minsk if there are problems with European March

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe member Andrea Rigoni will cancel a visit to Belarus if the authorities hinder the European March. “This statement, with reference to Andrea Rigoni, came from his Strasbourg office”, - United Civil Party leader Anatol Liabedzka said.
It should be reminded that the Italian parliamentarian is a Rapporteur for Belarus of PACE Political Committee. He was to come to Minsk 17 October and meet the representatives of the authorities and the opposition.
Another famous deputy Hristos Purgurides was denied visa by the Belarusian authorities. As it is known the Cyprian parliamentarian submitted a report on political disappearances in Belarus to PACE.
