Paulichenka shares his experience with Chinese

The questions of bilateral cooperation are discussed in Minsk by the Internal Troops commandment of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus and the delegation of the armed police of China headed by deputy commissioner of armed police forces Lu Shimin.

The Chinese delegation is to visit a special purpose brigade of the Internal Troops of Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affairs, a special militia brigade in Minsk, a special militia battalion in Brest, and the National Library, Belaveskaya Pushcha, Brest Fortress-Hero and Stalin’s Line, Interfax reports.

Zmiter Paulichenka is a commander of Special Forces of the internal troops, one of the Belarusian officials suspected by the world community in kidnapping and killings of the opposition leaders.
