In the first days of the new year the leader of the United Civil Party Anatol Lyabedzka received the same ruling with the official statement that he is prohibited to go abroad. Last Thursday a public activist and independent journalist Barys Haretski was get off the train when he was on his way to Kyiv where he planned to take part in a seminar on internet-journalism.
