Lech Kaczyński: “Changes in Belarus are changes that lead to impossibility of further changes”

President of Poland Lech Kaczyński thinks that the political situation in Belarus hasn’t improved. The politician said it in Warsaw on October 8 during a meeting with head of unrecognised Union of Poles in Belarus Andżelika Borys.
