BATE fans defended “Young Front” activist from riot militia (Photo)

Young opposition activists unfurled national flags on Dinamo stadium during BATE vs Real football match.

National white-red-white flags were waving above the stadium for a short time: riot militia snatched flags out of activists’ hands and even tried to get “Young Front” Vadzim Khanyauka activist out of the mob allegedly for personal identity, mfront.net reports.

An unusual thing happened: BATE fans who stood nearby didn’t allow the riot militia to detain the activist.

“Guys of Barysau grappled me and said the militiamen they could take only the flags,” Vadzim Khanayuka said.

It should be reminded that the Belarusian team was beaten by the Spanish club 0-1.
