Kazulin’s daughters also ready to announce hunger strike

If the authorities do not allow Aliaksandar Kazulin attend the funeral of his wife, the daughters of the political prisoner will announce a hunger strike. Kazulin’s family are to wait for the resolution till afternoon of Monday, February 25, as Kazulin’s former lawyer Igar Rynkevich told Charter’97 press center.

According to the lawyer, the family have done everything possible to assist a favourable resolution on temporal release of Kazulin. “We have sent all necessary documents, papers to corresponding institutions. Now we can do nothing but wait for the resolution of the colony administration. The law implies that Kazulin can be released temporarily without being escorted.
