Alyaksandr Milinkevich, leader of the “For Freedom” movement continues his tour round the country. Militiamen and riot militiamen from Brest organised a parade in Pinsk, in the park near the monument to Lenin, where the politician was to meet with people. The parade ended before the meeting, and Alyaksandr Milinkevich could speak with people.

About 100 people attended the meeting in Pinsk. “The asked the same questions, as people from other regions ask: about social privileges, health care, discontent with local authorities, corruption, and so on,” Milinkevich noted.

At the end of the meeting a young man threw an egg to Alyaksandr Milinkevich. Militia and riot militia tried to catch him up, but failed. Instead of the young man, militia detained Andrei Sushko, human rights activist, supporter of the “For Freedom” movement. He was guarded to the Pinsk militia department for clarification of events. Leader of the “For Freedom” movement went there, too, the site milinkevich.org reports.

After the conversation they were set free. A militiaman was ordered to accompany Milinkevich till he would leave the Pinsk district. But escort was offered too late – while activists of the movement were waiting for Milinkevich near the militia department, an unknown man had punctured three tyres in his car.
