New proofs of opening ballot boxes at night

Observer Uladzimir Malei said he recorded a fact of changing the seal on the box at polling station #65 of Brest-Mukhavetskaya constituency #4.

The observer appealed to the prosecutor’s office with a complaint. The complaint wasn’t considered on a pretext a prosecutor was ill. Uladzimir Malei asked member of the district commission Lyudmila Dzenisenka (the Communist Party of Belarus) for help, but she refused to start an examination, noted that complaint was enough.

Uladzimir Malei took pictures with his cell phone. The members of the commission signed a formal note. The observer is trying to reach the militia department, the campaign “Human Rights Activists for Free Election” reports.
