Belarusian oppositionist got into book of records due to detentions

Syarhei Panamarou has been entered into the Book of Records of Russia in 2008. For his political activism 6 criminal actions have been initiated against the head of Klyotsk branch of the Belarusian Popular Front party.
As is written in the book “Russia. Records and achievements of 2008”, 6 criminal actions have been initiated against the oppositionist under articles 188, 189, 367, 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, the web-site milinkevich.org informs.
It is also said in the book that Syarhei Panamarou publishes the weekly “Bojki Klyotsk” where he tells about activities of pro-democracy forces, trials over activists, and criticizes local authorities. It is reminded in the book that Syarhei Panamarou is a regional coordinator of “For Freedom” movement and a local leader of the Belarusian Popular Front Party.
