Grassroots protests of entrepreneurs in Minsk

Today, at 9 a.m., about a hundred of entrepreneurs have gathered for a grassroots rally near the administration of the Central Automobile Market in Malinauka district of Minsk.

Individual entrepreneurs, indignant at January increase in lease payment by 50-60 per cent, demanded that the market administration solve this question, the press service of the “Young Front” reports.

In spite of rather lengthy negotiations between entrepreneurs and the administration – the director of the Central Automobile Market and deputy director of Koltso Trading Center came out to the mob –the problem remained unsettled. That’s why negotiations between the Council of Entrepreneurs and the market administration are to go on tomorrow. The rally is to be held near the building of the administration of the Central Automobile Market at 3.00 p.m.
