“Young Front” leaders arrested in Minsk for Belarusian language

Policemen arrested “Young Front” leader Zmitser Dashkevich, deputy head of the organisation Nasta Palazhanka and an activist of the organisation Dzyanis Karnou.

“Young Front” members were detained not far from the railway station in Minsk in the moment when they collected sighnatures as a part of the campaign “For Belarusian language!”, “Radio Svaboda” informs.

Zmitser Dashkevich, Nasta Palazhanka and Dzyanis Karnou were taken to the police department of Kastrychnitski district of Minsk.

Policemen checked their personalities in computer database, and then released. Zmitser Dashkevich told that in the police department young activists were recommended to collect signatures at the territory of other districts of the capital.
