Conscript soldiers were made to watch film discrediting opposition

On May 13, soldiers of military unit #15994, where activist of the “For Freedom” movement Ihar Salavei serves, had to go to bed 30 minutes later than usual as they were watching a propaganda film by Belarusian TV about “Young Front”.
According to Ihar Salavei the soldiers didn’t trust the information in the film and understood the movie was propaganda lie of the authorities, Radio Racyja reports.
The democratic activist explained the soldiers why the Belarusian TV makes such films, especially ahead of “Young Front” rally “For Independence!” dedicated to the anniversary of unlawful change of state symbols and introducing two state languages, which was brutally dispersed by riot militia on May 14.
