I don't know, why the Belausan Ministry of Foreign Affairs doesn't work to change the country name in German and Dutch ("Weis-Rusalnd"; "Wit-Rusland") too.
ReplyRegarding to the European map with Belarus therein, regarding to the tragic history and present time in relations between Russia and Belarus, the Russian-shape name for my home-country of Belarus is simply shameful. There is all different - ethos, mentality, language, national expectations...
