CEC: 10 candidates dealt successfully with signature collecting

Ten out of eleven potential presidential candidates submitted to election commissions 100,000 valid signatures necessary for registration.
Radio Svaboda learnt this from Mikhail Lazavik, the spokesman at the Central Election Commission (CEC). According to him, only businessman from Vitsebsk Uladzimir Pravalski failed to perform the task, he didn’t gather even 1,000 valid signatures in his support.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka has the biggest amount of signatures, 1,110,291 while Ryhor Kastusyou has the smallest number of signatures, 101,001.
The aspirants should submit to the CEC an application candidate’s consent to run for the presidential post, income and property declarations and other documents by November 13.
Procedure of registration of the candidates is scheduled for November 18.
