“Organiser” of Minsk blast turned himself in to police

A man, who called the city Department of Internal Affairs of Baranavichy on March 2, told that he was implicated in the blast in Minsk in 2008.

As “Intex-press” was told by the deputy head of the city department of Internal Affairs Eldar Vilchkouski, the person said his name, surname, and the address were he stayed. And after that he dropped the receiver.

Policemen arrived to the address that had been named, and really found a 31-year-old man who had called the hot line “102” from his mobile phone.

As it turned out, the “organiser of the blast” previously underwent courses of treatment in the mental hospital “Navinki” in Minsk several times.

The man was taken to Baranavichy psychoneurologic dispensary with acute psychiatric condition.

At the moment examination of this fact is held.
