Non-payers of public utilities charges in Belarus are being evicted to villages

A number of unemployed and non-payers of public utilities charges, who are being resettled from cities to villages, is rising in Mahilyow Region.
According to the site of Mahilyow Region Executive Committee, for the previous years on average 50-60 families were subject to eviction. In the first half of 2010 already 48 families were moved to the country in Mahilyow Region.
If a family consists of several unemployed each of them receives a sum of 1,275 mln Rubles and a working place. The rest of the family members are paid a minimum of subsistence - 255 thousand Rubles. The state also pays for transportation of a family to a new place of residence.
