The advertisement with a demand not to open windows, small windows and balcony doors on August 8, was placed on the entrance doors of the house in Victors’ Avenue, 95, a reader writes. Obviously, the same appeals were placed at the neighbouring high-rise buildings as well.

“The reason why we must shut windows in such a heat is unknown. They have found it unnecessary to inform people about that at all. Probably, Lukashenka will pass by again, or an event attended by him is to take place, as only he cares for his life SO MUCH. And who would care about people ever? We are treated as beasts…” the reader writes.
