Natallya Klaskouskaya: “Husband is surprised that they want to represent him as some dangerous maniac”

On March 29 the wife of Alyaksandr Klaskouski junior, Natallya, met with him in the KGB remand prison for the first time since his detention.

We remind that Alyaksandr Klaskouski is a former policeman. After the events of December 19 he was detained at home on December 21 overnight and placed in custody in the KGB remand prison. He is charged under parts 1 and 2 of Article 293, and besides, under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insult of a public officer) and under Article 382 of the Criminal Code (fraudulent imposition). He faces up to 15 years of imprisonment.

“We were given one meeting, it lasted about three hours,” Natallya Klaskouskaya said to “Narodnaya Volya”. “Frankly speaking, my husband looks low-spirited. He said that there are less people in the cell now – there are 4 of them there. He is surprised by the charges filed against him. He says that they want to represent him as a kind of a dangerous maniac. He feels alright, but he had not been rendered medical assistance as such. When he had pain in kidney area, he was just anointed with brilliant green. He told that a representative of the Prosecutor General office had visited them, and asked whether they had complaints. My husband said he had no complaints. He said, otherwise he would not be given an opportunity to talk to me. He told that many things told by Ales Mikhalevich are true. We talked a lot about family, about neutral things… in the next few days the case is to be forwarded to the prosecutor’s office, and then to the court.
