Belneftekhim lays blame on Russian suppliers

Belarus reports about fulfilment of the country's obligations on petrol deliveries to Russia under a tolling agreement.

“Belneftekhim company implement its obligations in full on oil products deliveries to the Russian Federation in the fourth quarter of 2012. Russian oil companies, which supply oil to Belarusian refineries, were proposed to deliver petrol to the Russian market,” Interfax-West news agency learnt from company's press service.

The press service notes the volume of automobile petrol sold on the Russian market using the October-December 2012 oil was 105,000 tonnes.

More than 180,000 tonnes of automobile petrol were offered for sale in the IVQ 2012 via the Saint Petersburg Mercantile Exchange  and the united trade platform of Belneftekhim company as well as through direct contracts.

“Unfortunately, the allocated resources have not been bought in full by trade participants,” the company said.
