“If you won’t come, your friend would be detained for 3 days,” such a SMS was received by a girl at her mobile phone.
Vitaly had been summoned to the criminal investigation department of Kastrychnitski district of Minsk for a conversation about his neighbour Anna, the Euroradio informs. While he was on the way to the department, the girl received the SMS.

“It’s police addressing you, if you won’t come, your friend would be detained for 3 days.”
The girl is allegedly searched for, as she is to give explanations whether she has connections with persons who want to overthrow the regime. Police cannot find her for a month already, but a writ had not been sent to her. A district policeman had visited her home for 20 times, but she was not there.
Euroradio reporter called the number from which the SMS had been received, and it turned out that Vitaly Busel, a criminal investigation department officer of Kastrychnitski district answered the phone.
“There will be no comment for Euroradio from me,” he answered.
