The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland comments on the document leaked from Lukashenka Administration.
The authorities that organize crackdown on people do not deserve trust and cannot be a reliable partner in negotiations, the press office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland said to the Belarusian Service of Polish Radio.
It was a comment of the Polish MFA on the document leaked from Lukashenka Administration. The document, the agenda for a meeting with participation of Lukashenka, mentioned “Poland's proposal to resume the dialogue” and “Kulczyk-Sikorski project”.
The Polish MFA says resuming a political dialogue between Poland and Belarus depends on the amnesty and rehabilitation of Belarusian political prisoners.
“The project Kulczyk-Sikorski does not exist,” the Polish MFA states stressing that Polish Kulczyk Holding planned a big investment project in Belarusian energy sector.
“After the events on December 19, 2010, the government fo Belarus created the conditions that do not allow implementing big European investment projects in the country,” the Polish MFA press office reports.
