Brother of person beaten in Kalinkavichy: Policeman was insane

98

Kanstantsin Rudzenya, brutally beaten up by a policeman, has been discharged from a hospital, though he was not able to stand on his own legs.

A teenager, Kanstantsin Rudzenya, who was injured by policemen in Kalinkavichy, and his relatives, were interviewed by Belsat.

Kanstantsin Rudzenya himself admits he hardly remembers anything. He only remembers as he asked a policeman to raise him, as he could not breathe. He calls the policeman, who was beating him, insane.

As said by Alyakasndr Rudzenya, the brother of the injured, the law-enforcer’s eyes were wandering, and he turned no attention to the numerous requests of passers-by to let the guy go. He only ordered his subordinates to drive people away from the scene of the action.

“There was an impression that the policeman was insane – he had a blank stare, he was ignorant to what was happening around, as if he saw no one,” Alyaksandr Rudzenya said.

Kanstantsin Rudzenya’s mother is sure that doctors cooperate with the police, as they discharged her son, who cannot stand on his own legs. Kanstatsin was taken to a taxi in a wheelbarrow, and placed into the car.

The lawyer of the victim, Viktar Chabatarou, syas that the policemen had not sent the injured person for an examination, which demonstrates their wish to cover up tracks.

We remind that a few days ago a shocking video footage was uploaded into VKontakte social network showing policemen holding a teenager lying in a pool of blood in front of hundreds of witnesses.
