Pavel Sevyarynets may be amnestied by July 3

Police warned Pavel Sevyarynets he may be amnestied by July 3.

The  political prisoner said the news to a Radio Svaboda correspondent.

“I has been warned today amnesty will apply to me if my article is not mentioned separately. Though my article is considered to be a serious,” Pavel Sevyarynets said.

He shared his opinion regarding the amnesty to other political prisoners.

“Everything is possible. The law on amnesty can be issued together with a decree, so everything is possible, though many political prisoners are considered to be violators of prison rules. As for Statkevich or anarchists, it can hardly be imagined, but it can happen with a gesture of hand. I think trade is possible. It's possible no one will be release or everyone will be released. But it's most probable that certain people will be freed. It depends on the foreign political situation, not on laws and conduct of prisoners.”
