Uladzimir Yaromenak against sentenced to 10-day custody

Young Front activist Uladzimir Yaromenka was taken from a detention centre to the Maskouski district court. He was to be released from custody yesterday evening.
After the release, another police report over article 17.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences (disorderly conduct) was drawn up against Ualdimir Yaromenak. He was taken into custody for ten days.
The trial was conducted by judge Tatsyana Matyl. Evidence was given by policemen Alyaksandr Davidzyuk and Hennadzy Marynkin.
On March 15, 2012, the Pershamaiski district court of Minsk put the Young Front activist under preventive surveillance for one year. On May 14, 2011, the Partyzanski district court of Minsk sentenced Uladzimir Yaromenak to three years of imprisonment over article 293 of the Criminal Code of Belarus (mass disorders). He was pardoned and released on August 11, 2011.
