Mogilev observers were not allowed to the polling stations for two hours

Members of the district commission of Mogilev industrial constituency № 87 for two hours could not deal with their duties.

They demanded a seal on the document, which by law should not be there. (That is what is written there - for a stamp, if available). However, the chairperson of the district commission № 87 was completely unprofessional and did not want to go into details, "No stamp – no entrance!".

The observers had to address the issue through the CEC, which has explained to the members of the district commission, what is written in the law: a stamp on the protocol of sending observers to the Commission is put in the case, if the organization has a stamp. If it doesn’t (and the law allows not to have a stamp) then, accordingly, the document is valid without the stamp, reports the press service of the UCP.

As a result of the violation, the UCP observers have gained access to constituencies only after ballot boxes were sealed. Now they cannot be sure if they were empty before voting.
