Russian ruble falls to record low at exchange in Minsk

Trading was held at the Belarusian currency-stock exchange on December 3.

The dollar rate didn't change on December 3 and remained at the level of 10,820 Belarusian rubles per dollar.

The Russian rubles fell Br13.5 to Br199.5, its record low.

The euro fell Br100 to Br13,380.
