President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko instructed heads of SBU, Interior Ministry, Defense Ministry and State Emergency Service to create all necessary conditions for peaceful residents, who want to leave the regions of antiterrorist operation.

The press service of the head of the state disclosed to UNIAN that it was said during the meeting of Poroshenko with heads of law-enforcement bodies.

The President of Ukraine also instructed the government to manage organization of transfer of people, to take measures on health service and to start up a network of aid stations to ensure people with potable water, foods and medicaments.
