Lukashenka received letter from Luhansk terrorists

The address of the so-called “Luhansk People’s Republic” with a request to recognize their independence has been received by Lukashenka’s administration.

BelaPAN has been informed about that on June 20 by the department of the Administration for work with citizens and legal entities’ addresses. As stated by the officer of the department, the address has been received and forwarded to the addressee.

On June 11 separatists who proclaimed foundation of “the Luhansk People’s Republic” (LNR), posted at their website texts of addresses to 15 countries and territorial entities with a request to recognize its independence. The address signed by “the chairman of the Supreme Soviet of Luhansk People’s Republic” Alexei Karyakin is addressed also to Lukashenka and the chairmen of the both “chambers of the national assembly” of Belarus Anatol Rubibau and Uladzimir Andreichanka.

As noted by the spokesperson of the LNR Vladimir Inogorodsky, the address to Lukashenka had been sent by FedEx courier service.
