Pro-Kremlin media tell how separatists shot down Boeing (Video)

115

Propagandists said live on the air that a missile launched by terrorists hit a passenger plane.

The newscast of the pro-Kremlin LifeNews was posted on the account Life momo Donbass on YouTube.

An anchor says that militants have just shot down a plane calling it a Ukrainian An-26. The time and the place coincide with the time and the place of the Malaysia Boeing crash. The passenger plane fell from the sky at 16:30 near the town of Torez in the Donetsk region. It's worth noting that wreckage of other planes that were allegedly shot down at this time were not found in the district.

The Security Council of Ukraine published a record of intercepted conversations between militants proving their involvement in the crash.

Other Russian media hurried to report about the shot down Ukrainian plane unless it turned out to be a Malaysian Boeing.

Below are the screenshots of news reports published by Russia's leading mass media just after the plane had fallen down near Torez.

However, these news articles were removed from their websites after the information appeared that a Malaysian plane had been shot down.

A tweet by the terrorists' leader Strelkov-Girkin who boasts that militants have a Buk surface-to-air missile system was deleted two hours after the crash.

Contrary to their previous statements, terrorists now claim they do not have the weapons able to hit targets at an altitude of 10km or higher, for example, Buk systems.
