Yatsenyuk: Game over for Russia. Such deeds to be answered for in International Tribunal

The incident with Malaysian plane is a crime, and its perpetrators are to answer in the International Tribunal.

Such a statement was made by Ukraine’s Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk on Friday, July 18, Interfax-Ukraine informs.

“The yesterdays’ horrible tragedy has altered our life. The Russians ended up in a bad way. This is an international crime for which it is necessary to sit in The Hague,” he said. “And in the international tribunal - there are a lot of places there, enough room for all.”

The Prime Minister said that opening the consultations on the issues of sales markets and deliveries of industrial products’ sources diversification in Kyiv on Friday. Yatsenyuk is convinced that Russia should realize its responsibility for the crash of the plane, as it supports armed insurgents who attacked the Boeing 777.

“Russia, which finances and supports these criminals, must finally realize its responsibility for the fact that these bandits have committed an international crime against humanity,” Prime Minister said, opening the telephone conference with leadership of the regions from Kyiv on Friday.

At the same time the head of the Ukrainian government underlined that the tragedy of the Malaysian aircraft has testified that those who had hit the plane are “international criminals who are to bear responsibility and stand trial.”

On July 17 Malaysia Airlines’ Boeing 777, which was on the way from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, with 298 passengers on board, was shot down in eastern Ukraine.

According to Ukrainian power ministries, it was shot down by a Buk surface-to-air missile system operated by terrorists, provided with armaments by Russia.
