The dictator ordered to “intensify as much as possible” the investigation of the criminal case at the Byaroza (Bereza) state district power plant.
Such a task was set by him during this visit to the power plant on August 14, BelTA informs.
“If the criminal case had been opened, it should be intensified as much as possible! We do not need to imprison a private, but the general! That is why everyone who is involved in the case, all of them should be placed behind the bars,” the head of the state said.
He underlined that “no one will be spared.”
The criminal case against officials of “Belenergo” and “Belenergosnabkomplekt” was opened in April 2013. They were charged with abuse of power for mercenary reasons, while they organized purchase of equipment for Byaroza state district power plant. However it could be supposed that Lukashenka meant a different case, as the case mentioned by him had been already investigated and tried by the court.
