Information Ministry limited access to two news websites

The Information Ministry refused to say which websites are meant.

On January 22 an access to 2 news websites, which use vulgar and taboo vocabulary.

Charter97.org was informed about that by the Information Ministry.

“On January 22, 2015 in execution of the Law on Mass Media, the Information Ministry of Belarus passed a decision to limit access to two informational online resources, which contain vulgar and obscene vocabulary, which can do damage to the national interests of the Republic of Belarus, in particular, to development of moral and spiritual potential of the society,” the report reads.

The Information Ministry refused to specify to charter97.org reporter, which websites are meant.
