Observer: At Polling Station In Mahilyou Commission Added Almost 900 “Voters”

Even including early “voting” numbers, the turnout would be less than 50% without a fraud.

Charter97.org website was told about that by an independent observer at the polling station №106 in Mahilyou Viktar Boldzin:

- I was an observer of the Belarusian Helsinki Committee at the polling station №106. Mahilyou is my native city, that is why I always try to monitor elections here, in my small motherland.

I was present at the polling station over the period of five days of the early voting, and on the elections day as well. I was the only observer at the polling station, so I could rely on myself only. I was thoroughly counting all the people who were coming, I was there all day long, just sometimes I left for no more than five minutes.

According to my calculations, the discrepancy in the turnout during the early voting was 894 persons!

- Have you told the commission about that? How could they explain such a considerable difference in figures?

- They have rigged the turnout number in the very end, during the vote counting. They were counting for about two hours after the polling station closed. They even invited a teacher of mathematics. The polling station is situated in the Gymnasium №1 – it is the best educational institution of Mahilyou, and one of the best in Belarus. So they needed a mathematics teacher to “count”.

The most interesting things happen at polling stations after 8 p.m. I observe that for the 3rd time: in 2012 at the parliamentary “elections”, in March 2014 during the local “elections” and now – during the presidential “elections”. I am fed up with this electoral fraud, they are inflating figures all the time: in 2012 they added up exactly 1,000 votes, last year I detected only 800, and this time – 894 voters!

In the end of counting I understood that rigging of the results was being prepared: the chairman and the secretary of the commission were sitting red as a beet, they understood that they would have to increase the number not by 100 or 200 persons, but more – and probably they felt pangs of conscience. By their facial expressions I understood: a serious falsification of figures was being prepared by them. They could not make a decision how to act for two hours.

When they added almost 900 persons, I understood where those “votes” went. Here is the copy of the protocol: the data in the tail of the sheet is for other candidates, it is left untouched. The rest they added to Aliaksandr Lukashenka.

2,685 voters in total are registered in the precinct. According to my estimation, 1,320 persons have taken part in the voting (770 of them – on Sunday). The total turnout is just 49%. The rest has been doctored by the commission.
